Location: the hotel was very close to Punta Coco, downtown, and the eastern beaches. It also was close to the seaside...

The great position was an added bonus. All the staff was very good, settling my issues. I really enjoyed the extremely spacious room with the best beds ever - so comfortable, I wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The peaceful location near Coco Beach was exactly what I was looking for. The spacious and clean rooms were equipped with everything I needed, including a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. The water pressure was impressive and there was even hot water. The manager was extremely helpful and even gave us a ride to the ferry. I highly recommend staying here for the great value and beautiful surroundings.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious and have king-size beds, perfect for couples. They also have shelves for clothes and a good-sized fridge. The rooms are equipped with microwaves and there are plates and bowls available. The showers are nice and the rooms are serviced frequently. The staff does a very nice job taking care of the guests. our experience at this hotel was very good and we would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Kin Studios. The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. The water pressure in the shower was the best we've experienced in Mexico, and hot water was readily available. The kitchenette was equipped with basic essentials like a fridge, microwave, plates, and cutlery. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel even provided free drinkable water, which was extremely convenient as there were no shops nearby. The hotel's location was beautiful, just a 2-minute walk to the beach, where we could hear birds chirping and see lizards. The manager was very helpful and even arranged transportation for us to the ferry. We highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at Kin Studios for a few nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms are spacious, new, and impeccably clean. The bed was so comfortable and I had all the amenities I needed like a fridge, microwave, and kettle. The staff, especially Mariana, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great too, with easy access to the quieter beaches on the eastern side of the island. Plus, being able to see the Milky Way at night was a real treat!

We had a fantastic stay at Kin Studios. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The showers were also very nice, and the rooms were serviced frequently. The location, although a 15-minute walk to town, had everything we needed nearby, including a close beach bar, restaurants. The staff did a great job, making our overall experience at this hotel very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
